About Gary

Gary Hughes brings years of excellence in serving his clients from his career as the President of one of the largest recreational vehicle dealerships in Virginia. He loves golf, gardening, and outdoor life, so the move to Callawassie Island was a natural path.
Together with his wife Manya, Gary enjoys being close to their grandkids as they grow up. Avid pet lovers, their therapy dog Rezzo visits elementary schools, senior living homes, and hospitals, sharing a lot of fun and giving back to their community.
Gary spent six years as a Realtor before joining the New Coast Collective. He loves sharing the Lowcountry with his clients and friends — and doing it the way he has always done business: with honesty, patience, and real attention to the people on the other side of the table.
